TDK-InvenSense air pressure sensor is based on MEMS capacitive technology, provides ultra-low noise with the lowest power consumption, and achieves industry-leading relative accuracy, sensor throughput and temperature stability. The pressure sensor can measure the pressure difference with an accuracy of ±1 Pa, which can achieve a height measurement difference as small as 5 cm, which is less than the height of a single stair step.
TDK-InvenSense air pressure sensor: ICP-10111, consumes only 1.3 µA @1 Hz, adopts a small size 2 × 2.5 × 0.92 mm 8-pin LGA package, very suitable for mobile phones, wearable fitness monitoring, drones and battery-powered objects networking.
Provide industry-leading temperature coefficient deviation ±0.5 Pa/°C. The combination of high precision, low power consumption and temperature stability, and its small size advantages, can provide higher performance air pressure sensing for sports activity recognition, mobile indoor/outdoor navigation and UAV height maintenance.
