TDK-InvenSense air pressure sensor is based on MEMS capacitive technology, provides ultra-low noise with the lowest power consumption, and achieves industry-leading relative accuracy, sensor throughput and temperature stability. The pressure sensor can measure the pressure difference with an accuracy of ±1 Pa, which can achieve a height measurement difference as small as 5 cm, which is less than the height of a single stair step.
TDK-InvenSense ICP-10125 consumes only 1.3 μA @1 Hz, adopts a small size 3.55 × 3.55 × 1.45 mm chimney package, with waterproof gel, and can provide IPx8 waterproof rating to 10 ATM. ICP-10125 is very suitable for wearable fitness monitoring and battery-powered IoT.
ICP-10125 provides industry-leading temperature coefficient deviation of ±0.5 Pa/ºC. The combination of high precision, low power consumption, temperature stability and waterproof function can provide higher performance barometric sensing for sports activity recognition and mobile indoor/outdoor navigation.
